Build What Survives.

Validex is the venture validation engine that turns assumptions into measurable evidence before capital is committed.

Venture Validity Index — score across Demand, Differentiation, Economics, Feasibility

Capital is deployed before validity is proven.

  • Narrative over evidence

Decisions lean on pitch decks and intuition instead of structured tests and causal learning.

  • AI fluency increases noise

More ideas and advice, but no systematic way to separate signal from speculation.

  • Validation is manual and fragmented

Spreadsheets, ad-hoc experiments, and tribal knowledge—nothing ties assumptions to outcomes.

Meet Validex.

Validex translates assumptions into testable hypotheses, designs structured experiments, tracks causal learning, and produces a Venture Validity Index—so you know whether a venture is structurally viable before committing serious capital.

How it works

Four steps from assumptions to a clear validity signal. Scoring spans Demand, Differentiation, Unit Economics, and Feasibility.

Assumption mapping

Surface and prioritise critical assumptions that drive venture success.

Experiment design

Turn hypotheses into structured experiments with clear success criteria.

Evidence tracking

Learning Ledger captures what you learned and why it matters causally.

Validity Index

Single score across Demand, Differentiation, Economics, Feasibility.

What you get

Assumptions map

Prioritised view of what must be true for the venture to work.

Experiment plan

Structured tests with success criteria and resource needs.

Learning Ledger

Causal evidence log—what changed, why, and what’s next.

Venture Validity Index

Scorecard across Demand, Differentiation, Economics, Feasibility.

Who it’s for

Built for decision-makers who need evidence before capital. Focus: GCC and MENA (UAE, Qatar, Saudi).

FAQ

What does venture validation mean?
Venture validation means testing the critical assumptions behind a venture (demand, differentiation, economics, feasibility) with structured experiments and evidence—so you can decide whether it’s viable before committing serious capital.
Is Validex an idea generator?
No. Validex doesn’t generate ideas. It helps you validate an existing concept by mapping assumptions, designing experiments, and tracking evidence to produce a Venture Validity Index.
How is this different from due diligence?
Due diligence often happens after term sheets. Validex is used earlier: to test whether a venture is structurally valid before heavy investment. It’s assumption-led, experiment-driven, and produces a comparable validity score.
Who is it for?
Founders (pre-seed/seed), accelerators and venture studios, VC portfolio managers, and corporate innovation teams. We have a geographic focus on GCC and MENA (UAE, Qatar, Saudi).
When will it launch?
We’re building in private and will invite waitlist signups first. Join the waitlist to be notified when early access opens.
